1. Introduction

Welcome to Hotel Balaji Home. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a reservation, you are confirming that all details provided are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we find the information provided to be fraudulent or misleading.

3. Payment & Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment or a mandatory deposit must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Additional charges for services like room service, laundry, or damages will be settled during check-out.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and comply with hotel regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, without providing any refund.

7. Liability

Hotel Balaji Home is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Please use the safe deposit boxes provided in your room for valuables.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
